BVM was founded by Tim Corcoran, whose more than 30 years of experience in transportation and event logistics have helped shape the company's commitment to service, reliability, and personal relationships. Throughout his career, Tim has supported transportation operations for some of the nation's most recognizable events, including the PGA Championship, KPMG Women's PGA Championship, KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, Ryder Cup, Presidential Inaugurations, and Papal Visits.
A graduate of St. Bonaventure University, Tim built BVM on the Franciscan values that have guided both his personal and professional life: integrity, humility, respect, and a genuine commitment to serving others. Those principles continue to define the company's approach today.

Heather Corcoran
President
As President of BVM, Heather Corcoran brings more than 30 years of experience in office administration, organizational management, and operational support. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles across a variety of industries, including telemarketing call centers, architectural and lighting design firms, nonprofit organizations, and church administration.
A graduate of Loyola University Maryland, Heather has built her career on professionalism, organization, and a commitment to excellence. Her extensive administrative experience and logistical expertise provide the structure and support that allow BVM to consistently deliver dependable service and seamless transportation solutions.
At BVM, Heather oversees the administrative and operational foundation of the company, managing the systems, processes, and coordination that keep the business running smoothly. Her leadership helps ensure that every aspect of the company's operations is executed with accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. Through her work behind the scenes, Heather plays an essential role in maintaining the reliability and professionalism that define the BVM experience.
